Spot ① Exhibition of treasured works “Okumura Togyu Memorial Museum”
This is an art museum centered on drawings of Okumura Togyu who was born in the Meiji period and continued to paint until the age of 101. The building is Kurosawa Kaikan, built in the early Showa era. When people were evacuated here during the war, this building was made into an art museum by the people that evacuated into the area as a thank you for the hospitality that local people showed them. The beautiful garden is also a must-see.

Spot ②Look, Drink and Eat at “Kurosawa Sake Brewery and Sake Museum”
Point of interest.
A local sake brewery. The Sake Museum exhibits diorama that reproduces the stages of sake brewing, sake containers, and sake-making tools. At the shop where the brewery has been remodeled, tasting sales of Japanese sake and shochu, including the representative brand “Izutsu Cho”, are also available. There is also a cafe.
